Throughout our careers we noticed a real challenge: Management often get weighed down by repetitive tasks, which can really take away from the valuable work. Our goal is simple – to give managers a hand, so they can focus on building high performing teams and reduce time spent on tasks that nobody likes doing.

Olea, our AI coordinator, fits right into your team's communication channels, offering quick answers and a helping hand whenever needed. Think of Olea as a the AI assistant (to the) manager, always there for your employees and managers, day or night.

Our journey began in April 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden. We came together with a clear, shared dream: to create a truly impactful startup, genuinely making a workday smoother for everyone.

Mitchel Koopal
Co-Founder and CEO
Mitchel leads the commercial side of Olea. He co-founded the Dutch start-up My Way and has a background in Business Development, RGM and Finance at KPMG and JDE Peet’s. He’s also a music producer & DJ in his free time. But don’t be fooled: that’s just a clever disguise for someone who gets genuinely excited about a financial model in Excel.

Philippe Dagognet
Co-Founder and CTO
Philippe is the brain behind Olea, shaping everything from AI to software architecture. With a background in IT law, he took an unconventional path into tech, building and selling an IT consulting firm to EY along the way. He’s the one spoiling the team with the best croissants in town.
