Our goal is simple – to give managers a helpful hand, so they can focus on building wonderful workplaces and truly connect with their teams.

Olea, our friendly AI agent, fits right into your team's chat, offering quick answers and a helping hand whenever needed. Think of Olea as a supportive teammate, always there for your employees and managers, day or night.

Our journey began in March 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden. The three of us came together with a clear, shared dream: to create a truly impactful startup, genuinely making a workday smoother for everyone.

Luciana Oliveira
Co-founder and CMO
Luciana is responsible for everything you see and read about Olea. A former Googler, she has led marketing for several Swedish companies and co-founded the Brazilian impact start-up eureciclo. At Olea, she reminds the team that creativity can start with a quick set of pull-ups.

Mitchel Koopal
Co-Founder and CEO
Mitchel leads Business Development at Olea. He co-founded the Dutch start-up MyWay and held roles at KPMG and JDE Peet’s. He’s also a DJ in his free time. But don’t be fooled: that’s just a clever disguise for someone who gets genuinely excited about a financial model in Excel.

Philippe Dagognet
Co-Founder and CTO
Philippe is the brain behind Olea, shaping everything from AI to software architecture. With a background in law, he took an unconventional path into tech, building and selling an IT consulting firm to EY along the way. He’s the one spoiling the team with the best croissants in town.
